Visuo XS809HW battery upgrade modification

Battery support / chassis reinforcement for modifying the Visuo XS809HW drone. This allows you to use the larger 1800mah battery found on the XS908S variant (battle shark) and the XS812 GPS model. Printing instructions: === Print the two support pieces and the center section, glue together once (superglue is fine). These print flat without any supports needed. I used .2 layer height with a .4 nozzle on my deltas with PLA, 35% infill. Installation instructions: === You will need: * Printed mount * Xacto blade or other similar cutting tool * Masking tape to align your cuts * 1800mah battery for test fitting Modification: - Disassemble the drone case - Trim the rear of the upper shell to allow larger battery to fit. Note that the plastic is super thin and easy to cut :) - Install the printed mount into the upper shell. You can glue it in place if you wish, but it should hold fine as is - Put the two halves back together w/o a battery. Note the small "tabs" in the interior of the lower shell that prevents it from closing fully. Trim these slightly to fit, it's maybe 2mm worth of quick slicing to get everything snug - Re-assemble and test fit your battery. There should be no resistance on insertion, and it should click-lock into the factory latch on the bottom. If everything looks good, to a power test to ensure connections are solid. If so, tighten up the case and you're ready to go!
