Vixen GP to surveyor tripod adapter

A simple adapter to attach a vixen GP mount on a surveyor tripod. The surveyor tripod original screw needs to be replaced by a M10 bolt. In my case I used a M10 knob from funbart (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:641854), with a bolt of the proper length. Provision has been made to attach the adapter to the tripod with screws, although this is probably not necessary. There is also a 10mm hole in which you can insert/glue a proper pin (the shank of a 10mm drill for instance). I tried to keep everything in compression in the design, and reuse part of the tripod fixtures. Even if something fails, the mount and the scopes should stay attached to the tripod, which is a good thing in my book.
