VKB Gladiator NXT baseplate

There's already a Gladiator baseplate, but since the design seems to be a little different for the NXT variant -which I own, I decided to create an NXT-specific one just in case! Also added a little more support to keep flexing to a minimum during those... energetic dogfight sessions, but otherwise only really needed to lengthen the original Thrustmaster plate a little to achieve the perfect fit. Use M5x10 bolts, washers and nuts to mount the stick to the adapter, and be sure to do some test-fitting of your assembly to the final desk mount, as you may find the plate needs to shuffle further back along the horizontal bar to keep your fingers safe while flying! :) The modification was handled in Sketchup 2021, the source for which is also included here.
