This is a buckle I designed in connection with my DIY straps instructable, here: https://www.instructables.com/DIY-Compression-Straps-voile-Straps-Bikepacking-St/ I printed in nylon, for durability. The hole size is about 10mm wide for standard kind of straps, but can be scaled depending on the strap material you select.
