Volcano and Hot End Fan Duct

Three minor remixes done with Tinkered: 1. Hot End Fan Duct: Works for E3D V6 Heatsink or Clone. Can be used with 40mm fan directly and you don't need the original E3D 30mm fan duct to put on an adapter. I printed it face down with simple touching build-late support and maybe support is not necessary. 2. Volcano Part Fan Duct: Based on the remixed, it was increased 8mm to support Volcano. Because the opening blows down and the fan duct was added 8mm in height instead of 8.5mm. 3. Short Arm for simple cable management. You will need a 8.5mm part to lower BLTouch and I used some old part that I don't recall where to get it. Will upload it later if it was found. P.S. The part fan duct counts on a hidden nut to attach on the mount. The nut might loose inside the slot and I found one little drop of super glue can fix the problem. Printing the fan ducts with PETG or ABS is highly recommend.
