When I bought a second hand Frontrunner roofrack for my Volkswagen Amarok, I discovered it needed palstic spacers, to mount it to the vehicle cab. Fronrunner would not sell these to me as an installation kit, but insisted that I buy the Foot kit (which I already had!) After some trial and error (and looking at the photos from the installaiton guide) I have it darn close. Fitted these to my vehicle/roofrack combo and all went well. P.S. It does seem that the hight of the spacer may need to vary depending on the assembly of the particular vehicle. I drew mine as 10.6mm high, but it seems some will work better at 11mm. Feel free to experiment.
