This is my own design of a headlight knob for a MK1 VW. I installed this on my Rabbit Pickup but it may fit other models. You have two options for installation: If the print tolerances are good you may be able to press it onto the shaft of the switch and be good to go. If it doesn't fit, drill out the hole with a 3/16 drill bit and install on shaft. if it is now too loose, install with JB weld and allow to set. This should only be printed in a heat resistant material for longevity - ABS, ASA, Nylon, or PETG You can also add a little white paint to the recess to give the switch some contrast.
