A basic housing to mount to the top plate of the Emax Nighthawk Pro 280 which provides a secure location for a Frsky X8r mount and a run-of-the-mill voltage alarm. Features: -Has elongated pegs to slot into the top plate openings -Notches for cable ties which hold the enclosure down and secure the devices -Channel for smart port cable and rx antennae Bugs to work out: -Plugging lipo into the voltage alarm inadvertently presses the button to change alarm voltage threshold -Elongated pegs can require trimming in order to fit into the top plate slots -Front corners can run into screws attaching top plate to standoffs Changelog: 2/24/2017 -Enlarged screwdriver holes in the rear -Added installation instructions Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Maker Select V2 Infill: 15% Post-Printing Trimming Trimming may be necessary for the pegs to fit into the top plate slots. Installation Place on top plate; evaluate and rectify any need for trimming to fit into the slots until you are happy with the fit. Insert X8R, feeding antennae through the channel out the other end. If using smart port, feed cable up through the channel and use appropriate tools to plug it into the X8R. Insert Battery Voltage Alarm Secure entire assembly with cable ties using the provided notches.
