Volvo 240 Armrest Cupholder

A replacement cup-holder for the front armrest in a Volvo 240. The armrest is a relatively rare option, I was lucky enough to find one in a junk yard, however the cup-holder was broken off. I rebuilt it based on the broken piece I had. I've included a downsized version that is only 20cm long, the proper length is 30cm but my printer maxes out at 20cm. This needs one small screw with a ~4mm head to act as the stop to keep it from pulling completely out(there is an indent on the bottom to drill out for this screw). You will have to create the wire pieces that hold the bottom to the main piece, I used a coat hanger - it only slightly larger than the original wire. They have to be bent perfectly to allow it to swing freely.
