To all Volvo 240 lovers. This piece got broken. It's really a thin piece of plastic, I can understand the manufacturing reasons for doing it in that way. You can find it new, maybe with a lot of other pieces you don't need. To verify just search for "Volvo 3521830", you'll find it! At a cost of 20$ or 18€ to buy that new. Well, it's right, and I recommend to buy an original one. In case you are not so devote to original pieces you can print this one, and mount yourself! I really hope it can help! Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,2 mm Infill: 10% Notes: I used a very low infill, because my purpose was just to verify that the piece was correctly designed. I mounted it on the Volvo and it gently fitted and made it's hard work. I would recommend a higher infill, maybe 100% would be the best for a stress oriented piece. How I Designed This I just copied the broken piece, modeled it in Autodesk Inventor. Modeling time: around 1 hour.
