Replacement bearing part for trunk blinds in VOLVO 850 GLE station wagon. Part holds left/right side of the shutter roll (identical on both sides). Printed on PRUSA i3 MK2 & tested, oriented as shown in picture during print. 90° rotation may be necessary since the clips might break off due to stress perpendicular to the extrusion axis. Worked fine for me, though. 45° tapers on the clip ends (L-shaped wings on bottom) need to be filed by hand. Measurements were copied from original part, high temperature & stress resistant plastic like nylon or PETG is recommended due to temperatures in car.
