Volvo C40 XC40 Phone Dock

This design was inspired by [Holraven's](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5477042/files) design. This dock sits in that weird little ashtray cubby between the wireless charger and the shifter. ### The goal of the redesign: * No need to drill/alter/remove anything in the car. * Allow the phone to be easily docked (at a viewable angle) and easily removed. * Allow easy removal of the dock, to allow the ashtray cover to close. This dock can be used with an iPhone or Android as the cable is available in both Lightning and USB-C. ### Bill of Materials * The cable: [Lightning](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B098L6N93Y) or [USB-C](https://www.amazon.com/Braided-Charging-Compatible-MacBook-S22%EF%BC%8CPixel/dp/B0B5QJTT8M) * [1mm thick non-slip pad sheet](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09SWBGMSJ) ### Assembly * Slide the cable into the cylinder opening and push it until it reaches the end. * Cut pieces of non-slip pad and apply them to: * The front and back of the outside bottom of the dock. This will make it a snug fit in the ashtray opening, locking the dock into place. * The inside of the dock, front and back, to help the phone stay in place when docked. #### Notes * This was designed around my current iPhone 11 pro with a thin case on it. So a thicker case may make it a tight fit. The cable's plug is centered in the dock (front-to-back), with a depth of 13.3mm, without non-slip padding.
