Volvo Penta Tilt Cylinder Bushings

I lost one of these bushings after removing the drive and didn't want to wait for one to arrive so I made one. Took a few tries to get a perfect fit and is working well. Discovered I had better results cutting the recess split into the bushing after it was complete rather the print the split. I just used my band saw to make the cut (be sure to remove any flash from the cut). If you download please select "like" to let me know it was worth the time to upload and share. Enjoy! I suggest using PTEG filament. This is a replacement for Volvo Penta Part# 3853423. My drive is a DP-SM with a 3/4" stainless tilt shaft.
