Von Kármán Haack Series Nose Cone OD = 4.0" OD#2 = 3.874" ID = 3.748" Length = 19.8" Designed for a 4X wall thickness printing (4*0.4 mm) Concentric infill (see Figure 4) * Infill shouldn't matter, due to nose cone thickness being (4*0.4mm) * Printed at 0.2 mm layer height, with 0.4 mm nozzle. * Have split into 4*(6.0") sections for printing (Complete STL also included) * Gorillaglue seams to complete and fill/sand before making female mold. * Edit** Use Section 4.1 for an added fillet. (Print this section upside down)
