Voron Afterburner E3D v5 for AI3M and Creality

Update 17.02.2022 Tested a view prints and made some major updates to all parts for better fitting and build. Version 2 is now available. I had 2 <b>E3D v5</b> hotends laying around and so to use them I redesigned the Voron Afterburner for it and my Bowden Extruder. So this is the Version which can be used for Anycubic Mega S/X and for Creality CR / Ender. The difference is the Carriage. For Anycubic use the 50mm Carriage version for original LM8LUU bearings. For Creality printers there is a mounting plate for the original carriage. ### Attention: this is only for E3D v5 hotends not for v6. For build up instructions there is a perfect documentation at www.voron.com <h3>Use M3 inserts for a build hole of 4-4.1 mm</h3> Because Voron is using some chinese inserts with bigger diameter and purchased mine at amazon. They are smaller in diameter.
