Voron Belted Extruder (Extra Tension)

This is a slightly redesigned Voron Belted Extruder created by RussianCatFood. You can go to the Voron github here: https://github.com/mzbotreprap/VORON . You can use 3mm filament with it or install a bowden tube all the way to the hobbed gear and run 1.75mm filament. What I've changed are the following: Extended the tightening range of the belt. (now you can compensate for stretched belts) Added Fillets to the quick release assembly to allow for easier filament changes. Added small ball end washers for the tension spring bases Items required to build: 1x MK7/8 Hobbed Gear 1x M5x40 bolt 2x M5 Nuts 2x M3x35mm SHCS 2x M3 steel washers 2x M3 Nyloc nuts 2x springs (0.5" Long, 0.18" OD 0.024" Wire) McMaster Carr P/N: 9657K267 1x GT2 closed loop belt 188mm Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15-0.3mm Infill: 50% Notes: Use the same settings you would for any Voron part. There are 4 sections that need to be removed that are in place for bridging. The three screw holes and one large piece at the corner of where the extruder gear goes. You need to print the 2 small washers at 0.15mm layer height. I would recommend you print everything but the main body at 0.15mm to get the radius on all the edges.
