Voron fan support mounting plate

So I am in the middle building my Voron 2.4 and for the fans they want us to use VHB tape to hold the fans to the fan support. Why is that? Hopefully it isn't for dampening the fans. So I decided to design a mounting plate that you can use glue to attach to the fan support. There are two designs, one for using heat inserts (M3 x OD5.0 x H3.8) which came with my FYSETC kit. And the other where you can screw into the plastic. Both designs use a M3x25 hex head screw. The designs have 3 alignment holes that uses 1.75mm filament. This is to help make sure the mounting plate is squared with the fan support. But if you have experience in gluing parts together then you won't need to bother with the holes.
