This is a bracket for mounting the Geekworm Raspberry Pi 4 Armor Case on the din rail in a Voron printer. The case provides improved cooling of the Pi 4 without additional fans.

The case has significant weight, so the bracket uses two of the din rail clips, printed from pcb_din_clip_x3.stl. Each din rail clip requires 2 - M2x10 self taping screws.

I put one M3 heat set insert into the bottom of the bracket where the M3 screw comes down, and used one M3x30 SHCS to hold down the plug. Both of these were spares from the kit.

To secure the Pi, insert the bottom end of the case (under the USB ports) under the lip of the bracket and align the slot in the bottom of the case with the tabs on the top of the standoffs on the bracket. See photo. Then press down on the other end of the case. Then screw the plug on top with the M3x30 down into the heat set insert, fitting the plates into the groves in the case.

The plug has to be printed on its back side, but both the bracket and the plug can be printed without supports. I used PETG since the Voron is not finished yet, using standard Voron printed part settings.

I have included the Fusion360 model in case anyone wants to play with it. It was a challenge to figure out how to mount the Case without blocking access to all the connectors, etc, and allow cooling. I like that the Pi can be removed without undoing the case, since the case is a heat sink.
