Voron V0/0.1 Z endstop

<p><strong>Documentation is still work in progress</strong></p><p>I always wanted to have Automatic Z offset on my Voron V0. So I modded Unklicky endstop sexbolt (<a href="https://github.com/majarspeed/Unklicky/tree/main/Unklicky_Endstops/Unklicky_SexBolt">https://github.com/majarspeed/Unklicky/tree/main/Unklicky_Endstops/Unklicky_SexBolt</a>) a bit to make to the load lighter, adjusting the mounting hole, make a screw block and attached it on the bed extrusion. I am currently using Unklicky probe　（<a href="https://github.com/jlas1/Klicky-Probe/tree/main/Probes/Unklicky">https://github.com/jlas1/Klicky-Probe/tree/main/Probes/Unklicky</a>). Klicky probe should also work find.</p><p>I stacked 10mm M3 countersunk screw and M5 washer and use it as pin head. you can stacked some m3 washer to held it firmly and for adjusting the pin height.</p><p>There should be at least 1mm overlap width build plate side and pinhead. I use 22mm screw block.</p><p>important Config settings:</p><p>[z_calibration]<br>nozzle_xy_position: &nbsp; 120,84&nbsp;<br>switch_xy_position: &nbsp; 117,75&nbsp;<br>bed_xy_position: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;60,60&nbsp;<br>switch_offset: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3.6 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;# Higher the value closer to bed</p><p>NOTE:<br><strong>You need to re-route Endstop wire through Z wire cable chain</strong><br><strong>You will lose some print area</strong></p><p>What you need:</p><p>For Pin head:<br>1pc 10mm m3 countersunk screw<br>1pc M5 washer<br>Few M3 washers (Optional)</p><p>For Screw block:<br>15mm M3 SHSC/BCSC<br>2pcs M3 heat set (4x5)<br>1pc m3 nut</p><p>Unklicky probe:<br>1pc 20mm M3 screw&nbsp;<br>2pc M3 heat set (4x5)<br>2pcs 3x6 round magnet<br>24AWG Wires<br>1pc M3 washer (Optional)</p><p>Please use Voron recommended print settings.
