voronoi Benchy fixed

<p>Remix from <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/124521-voronoi-lattice-benchy">https://www.printables.com/model/124521-voronoi-lattice-benchy</a></p><p>I found this an interesting looking benchy but when i watched the 3D viewer in printables i spotted some odd geometry in there, like those "tentacles(?)" going through the portholes and the strange protrusions on the roof etc.&nbsp;</p><p>Decided to load her up in blender and spot what's going on. There's so much intersecting and internal geometry it surprises me this was printable at all. Also none of the objects are actually connected to eachother (seperating by lose parts gave me 14 lose parts).</p><p>Here's the specs when loaded in:</p><p>329.807 verts<br>668.229 faces<br>Non manifold edges: 502<br>Bad contig edges: 41<br>Intersecting faces: 59.749<br>zero faces: 7.225<br>Thin faces: 6.992<br>Sharp edges: 394</p><p>I'm still learning how to work with blender and decided that cleaning this up would be a great exercise.<br>After days of working on the mesh, removing mistakes manually I was able to get the mesh down to the following specs:</p><p>244.846 verts</p><p>496.248 faces</p><p>no more mistakes other than 316 thin faces which I wasn’t able to alter without severely changing the mesh.<br>The mesh is now one solid object with no more intersecting geometry and no more internal structures.</p><p>I printed with my voxelab aquilla x2, PLA, 20% infill, quality 0.2, no supports&nbsp;</p><p>I in no way want to criticise the origional creator, we work with the programs we know and the print looks awesome. Also i'm sure a lot happens when converting to STL where the triangulating changes things aswell.</p><p>Good luck printing, it's a real stresstest for the retraction.</p>
