<h3>Paint bottle adapters for vortex mixers</h3><p>As many miniature painters know, vortex mixers are made for shaking test tubes. Furthermore, they are great for shaking up the paint in miniature painting bottles. The downside is that all those bottles do not really fit into that little hollow that is intended for test tubes. I had always problems placing my paint bottles on top of my Four E's vortex mixer so that the motor can spin freely. The paints were not mixed very effectively.</p><p>So I designed top and bottom adapters for all my paint bottles:</p><ul><li>Vallejo 17ml</li><li>Vallejo Metal Color 32ml</li><li>Vallejo Liquid Metal 35ml (top and bottom are the same)</li><li>Ak Interactive 17ml (same bottom adapter as Vallejo)</li><li>Kimera Kolors 30ml</li><li>10ml dropper bottles (Amazon, Ebay)</li></ul><p>With these adapters the motor spins without any problems and you need less force to turn it on. Although I designed these adapters for my Four E's vortex mixer it should fit any other mixer that is made for test tubes.</p>
