VTOL mechanism (for FT Explorer/Bronco Airplane)

These 3d printed parts make up for the assembly of VTOL (vertical take off and landing) mechanism for FT planes, specifically for the FT explorer/Bronco. These parts are revision 2 of my old design. To be printed PLA/PETG/PC. Minimal to no sanding required. I have also uploaded the Simplify3D factory files for print settings that worked well for me. Here are some details on the print settings: Side Plates (~15g each): 8% infill, 2 top and bottom layers, 1 perimeter Process 1 - 225C, No cooling fan, print height from 0mm-3mm (advanced tab in S3D) Process 2 - 210C, 100% cooling fan, print height from 3mm - __ (advanced tab in S3D) Spacer plates (~2g each): No infill, 2 top and bottom layers, 1 perimeter Process 1 - No cooling fan, 225C, print height from 0mm - 3.6mm (advanced tab in S3D) Process 2 - 100% cooling fan, 215C, print height from 3.6mm - __mm (advanced tab in S3D) Tilting motor mount (~8g): 15% infill, 2 top and bottom layers, print with supports as necessary Process 1 - 225C, 1 perimeter, print height from 0mm - 10.5mm (advanced tab in S3D) Process 2 - 215C, 2 perimeter, print height from 10mm - 28mm (advanced tab in S3D) Process 3 - 225C, 1 perimeter, print height from 28mm - ___mm (advanced tab in S3D) Adding these custom process in S3D worked the best for me but they may vary from printer to printer.
