I really liked DocSly's Vulcanus Max carriage (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1762195) but I really wanted a bowden setup and use a BLTouch for auto leveling. I based my design on his work and I reused his fan ducts as I have not redesigned them as yet I am now running this and all appears to be working well. I would suggest printing the part cooling fan duct in a high temp plastic like nylon or polycarbonate or at least PET-G as it is very close to the heater block Print Settings Printer: Modified Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: Print 2 of the belt tensioners and 1 of everything else.
