I had some issues with my Vulcanus V2. Initially, I was unable to locate any "46° Parts", but fortunately, I was able to extract them from Fusion 360 files. One major challenge I faced was utilizing the "X-carriage" parts with my E3D-V6 hotend from AliExpress, which proved to be quite cheap. To resolve this issue, I made some modifications to the part, allowing it to work seamlessly with a longer Bowden holder. My hope is that this modification will aid others in completing their printer. All the printed components were made using PLA material. Update: I added a z-endstop, which has improved stability on the z-axis significantly. Update 2: Unfortunately, the belt holder did not function as expected for me, resulting in slips and print failures. Consequently, I redesigned both the holder and idler, and it appears to be working better so far. However, I haven't tested it extensively yet. To secure the belt properly, use cable ties. The upper part of the carriage seems to hold up well, but if someone else has encountered similar issues with this design, please feel free to leave a comment.
