Needed an oil filter wrench for my 2001 Golf TDI so I decided to make one. The wrench has 14 flats and with either 74mm or 75mm diameter. Probably fits many other VW and Audi models as well. The 74mm version is a pretty snug fit on my MK4 TDI, if your printer tolerances are not very tight you may want the 75mm version for a better fit. I recommend at least 4 perimeters for strength. I printed mine at 0.32 layer height with 4 perimeters and 20% infill with PLA and it seems plenty strong enough.
