I designed a in-wall led holder for my campervan vw t3 caravelle. I combined it with a touch potentiometer. What you need is a Ø32mm hole and some LED modules Ø26mm. Cut a 2.20 x 5 cm hole for the case and screw it tight on your wall or ceiling. You also need a mosfet. I used a STP16NF06 STM MOSFET and some wire. I added some milky plastic in front of the LED. After that you don't see the individual lamps and you get a nice dispergiert light.
