A remixed print-and-play clutch stop for my 2018 VW Golf R. I am used to a quicker engagement off the floor, so this clutch stop solved most of the excess pedal travel problem for me. Just print this out, put your original rubber stopper in the hole (it will be a bit tight), and push the whole thing into the clutch stop hole. Be careful you do not wiggle it too much going in or you may break off the plastic rivet in the car! If this happens, you will need to unbolt most of the 13 mm clutch bolt in order to push the plastic out the back. /experience. It may still be a work in progress if I need to tweak the stop height more. I've made some tweaks and have ended up with two designs, 14 & 15 mm variant. Reduces pedal travel by about 15 or 16 mm once the rubber stopper is inserted.
