These badges are hard to come by without paying $80+ for a used one. A friend commissioned me to make a replacement for his car. It's not 100% accurate, I designed it based off an image I pulled off the internet. I am working on getting an actual badge that I can scan to make a more accurate model. I did not use a font for the text. Print Settings Printer: MendelMax 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Higher the better. Infill: Solid Notes: I suggest printing in a higher resolution with a solid infill and ideally ABS. Post-Printing Lightly sand and remove any printing defects Spray multiple coats of a black high build primer to fill any gaps and voids Cure overnight Lightly sand Tape off the "16V" portion of the emblem and spray the "GLI" letters with silver or aluminum Cure overnight Tape off the "GLI" letters and spray the "16V" red Cure overnight Tape off and cut out the Red and SIlver areas and spray the rest black Cure overnight FInish with a Gloss to semi-gloss clear coat. I recommend allowing the paint to cure overnight between each color and before applying tape over fresh paint. This will give the best results and minimize risk of mistakes. If printing with ABS you could vapor treat it but primer should fill the voids and make things look smooth.
