You may need to file some of the edges to ensure a smooth and clean fit but it also depends on how well you can print the part. I had better results with the overhangs using 0.2mm layer heights. PLA was the end result. I tried PETG but it's quite soft compared to PLA and tends to get pulled around a bit. I'd recommend PLA or a nylon based (the original part is nylon) filament although I haven't personally tried nylon.
