Introduction

The original mount on this Walimex videolight for scuba diving broke. It's also made from plastics and had threaded M3 holes for attachment. The threads wore out and the lamp was almost lost on a dive. :-(

This replacement part uses M3 square nuts embedded into the part. Unless you break apart the whole thing it should be at least as stable as the original part, if not more.

The original fixation screw on the side is kept and countered with an M5 nut on the inside.

Print instructions

Category: Sport & Outdoors Print Settings

Rafts: No

Supports: Yes

Resolution: 0.15 mm

Infill: 100 %

Notes:

Small support structures are required for the large flat feature. All holes etc. can be printed without as-is, i.e. use "Supports on build plate only" option and you should be fine.
