Walkera Runner 250 Advance Battery Stop

This adds support for both the very weak battery tray and battery stop that comes with the Walkera Runner 250 Advance quadcopter. The very first time my Runner randomly flipped and crashed from only about 10 feet, the battery broke right through the cheap battery stop and smashed the OSD module and the pins so I can't easily replace module. This support is designed for 2 things. First you'll notice from the picture with the battery that it extends towards the rear past the battery stop. This is both for 'Center of Gravity' balance (pushing the stock battery up to this point will balance the Runner. Also it will transfer the force of the battery in an impact to both the upper and lower frame. I've put 2 small tabs you'll see in the upside-down picture which are designed to break with enough impact and allow the battery to then get slowed down as it continues forward and hits the stock battery stop. If there's still more force then the lower legs pointed down will rotate and hit the front legs preventing that battery from making it to the OSD module. For weight I printed at 10% infill... I welcome any ideas for further improvement or other mods from anyone else that has a Runner 250. Also I noticed that there was a slight variation between the frame between Runners so where this aligns with the upper frame where it starts to widen you need to slightly file a groove to match your angle and where you want it to line up both vertically and horizontally. It should be a very tight "push-fit" and require no glue so it can do it's thing in a crash. You will need to remove 6 small screws to the battery tray to install. How I Designed This Sketchup 2015
