Walking mechanism that allows a toy to walk down a slope. It is duplo compatible to ease adjustments. Snap 2 identical walker assemblies (for front and rear legs) on a duplo 2x4 unit, add more duplo units for weight and aesthetics and let it walk down gently sloped board. Instructions To make a walking toy you will need 2 identical walker assemblies. Each assembly consists of a base (walker-base-?.stl), an axle (piece of 3/32" wire, I used a piece of welding rod), 2 legs (walker-leg-?.stl) and a spacer to keep legs on the axle slightly apart (walker-clip-?.stl) For convenience all printable parts for 2 assembiles are collected in walker-all.stl. Snap the assemblies on a 2x4 duplo unit, add more duplo units for weight and aesthetics and let it walk down gently sloped board. I used a duplo top model, which I can no longer properly attribute since I cannot find a link to it any more. It is included under the name ext-duplo.scad
