Wall for flow calibration

Wall for flow calibration

thingiverse

This is a simple flow calibration model for a 0.4mm nozzle. The walls have a thickness of: 0.8mm 1.2mm 1.6mm 2.0mm I recommend setting 100% flow first. Layer height 0.2mm. Then measure the faces of the printout and average. The average thickness should be 5.6mm ([0.8+1.2+1.6+2.0]/4). So if you have a different result, substitute that into the formula for x. y=560/x. y is your new flow value to set in the slicer. Repeat the printout with the new settings for verification.
