This "hook" can be fixed via a screw or double-sided and allows to hang cables. I use it for my part to put my USB cables (USB, USB-C, micro-usb... by type) because in the drawer it was unmanageable... The slot allows you to slip in rather small cables (which can't bend too much) and the holes allow you to pass longer cables. In use, it's super convenient. Can be fixed with a screw or double-sided.
