<p>I made this to fit on a 1x4 with a flange wood screw from McMaster. I don't like using flat head wood screws in plastic because if you over tighten them they split the part. I couldn't find any wall hook board off the shelf that had enough space, they were all to close together. I spay painted the 1"x4"x8' board white and screwed it to the wall and then added the hooks. The hooks are color coordinated per kid so they know exactly where to hang their stuff. </p><p>https://www.mcmaster.com/90396A110/</p>
