ADDED AN EXTENDED VERSION, DOUBLE DEPTH FOR DEEPER SHAPED INSTRUMENTS. YOU CAN ALSO JUST DOWNLOAD THE REAR BLOCK IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED AND PRINTED THE ORIGINAL STL. Wall mountable instrument and pick holder for Mandolin and maybe Banjo, Ukulele and Violins too. Has spaces for 16 standard picks. Can be printed in anything, but I intend to print in wood blended PLA when my 3D Printer actually turns up from gearbest. I will upload a photo when this is printed and fitted. Has 2 countersunk bolt/screw holes. I recommend using wall plugs if screwing this into a wall. This was made, based on the following screw size: 6.5mm head, 3.2mm shaft diameter, 28mm shaft length for the smaller design, and... 42mm or so for the extended version. Please check, they may need to be longer/shorter. First ever release on Thingiverse, and a noob to 3D printing and modelling. Hope you enjoy it! .STL file has been worked on in MakePrintable to make it pretty much error free. ---ADDED--- A user has a mandolin that doesn't have a flat back, so requires one with more depth so that it fits. If you have a violin, mandolin etc that doesn't have a flat back, I have added a second design that move it away from the wall to accommodate the bulge of the instrument. Also incorporated a little recess for other stuff, and the strap of the instrument can now be wrapped/slung being it, making it neater and tidier.
