Wall Mount Particle Photon Display

Created a remote display for a Photon based sprinkler system that fits in a standard 4X4 electrical box. This display has a small pin hole (lower center) for a reset button and two areas (left and right of the .96" display) to hold touch sensors. Simple and clean from the front point of view. This display inserts into a Legrand 2 gang cover (# AWP2GWWH4) from Lowes. A slight modification is needed on the Legrand mounting plate for it to work. The Legrand mounting plate is made to hold 2 accessories, (i.e. Switches, Outlets, dimmers, etc.) so there are two metal separators which needs to be bend 90 degrees out of the way (into the box). With that modification, the display easily sets between the mounting and cover plates. Also I don't use the 4 plastic spacers included with the plate mount. I printed the display using PLA white which matches the color of the cover plate fairly well at 10% fill and .2 mm layer height. I used small screws to hold the assembles together. All electronics are held in place with the LCD support, Photon support, and the Touch mounts. I used wire-wrap to electrically connect it all together. The touch sensors I used have a red power LED. I used black finger nail polish the black it out.
