Wall Mounted Bracket - 6MM Slot

I needed a strong wall bracket to mount my XCarve electronics, which had a slot for a 5-6mm perspex sheet. I designed the following to be printed in two halves and when bolted together makes a really strong but light right-angled bracket. The actual gap in the shelf was designed as 5.5mm, but due to tolerances in both the print and the perspex used comes out nearer 6mm - which makes for a snug / tight fit without needing to sand anything down. If you need a different sized gap (+- 1-3mm) , i would suggest just increasing / decreasing the percentage factor you print at. Each half of the bracket can be printed with the largest side flat to the print-base and no rafts / support needed (although if you turn on support you will find the screw holes may get given support to help the print finish) You can seen in the final picture the fully mounted XCarve electronics on the perspex, using four sets of the brackets to hold. Using small wood screws (3mm I think) to mount into the wood wall.
