Wall Mounted Cup Holder

Wall Mounted Cup Holder

I was looking for a cupholder that I can use outside, and attach to my deck. I didn't see one here, so naturally, I designed one! This holder can fit 12oz cans, bottles, and a "standard" pint glass (see pictures). Use #8 x 1" flathead wood screws to secure it to whatever you like. The mounting pad is sized such that the pint glass will not hit the mounting surface. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Custom-Built Printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 15% Notes: Used 0.4mm nozzle Does not need any supports, just print it, remove it, and use! How I Designed This I designed this using SolidWorks 2016. The two driving factors on this were the size of the pint glass, the diameter of a 12oz can, and the can's height, so you can easily pick up the can when inside this holder. The diamond openings are just a little design flare along with a desire to reduce the overall amount of plastic. I also included openings to easily allow you to screw in the flathead screws. The CAD design was intended for #10 wood screws, but #8 wood screws are recessed better, so go with them! The holes are spaced 1.75" apart. Enjoy!
