No supports needed for print. There are fairly close tolerances on the threads so make sure that your x and y axis belts are tight and you do not have much stringing or external defects. I designed this to slide cables through the wall easily. It is sized for a three inch hole saw and a 2x4 constructed wall with 1/2" drywall on either side.
