Wall shelf bracket for ikea Burhult shelves

<p>This shelf bracket is designed to fit the Ikea Burhult shelves( <a href="https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/burhult-shelf-white-80400042/">https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/burhult-shelf-white-80400042/</a> )<br>But any shelf with the same dimensions will fit.<br>The screw holes are made to fit screws with a head width of 8.5mm and thread width of 4mm.<br>Be sure to use screw anchors so the shelf doesn't fall off the wall.<br>Printing 4 of these brackets uses about 1kg of filament, make sure you have enough.<br>The dimensions of the bracket are<br>7.9 inches(200.5mm)x 7.75 inches(196.85mm)x 0.8 inch(20.25mm</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>There is now a Version 2 that does not need the “support brackets.” You don't need to use 6 screws, 4 or 2 could work just fine depending on how much weight you are going to put on the shelf.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I recommend using brim and 4 perimeters when printing.<br>Print the brackets laying down on the bed so there is less risk of it coming off and no need for supports. The V2 brackets should be printed vertically, for obvious reasons.<br>I used 20% infill but having more infill will make the bracket stronger.</p><p>The new support mount for the brackets does need supports, other than that everything else is the same.</p>
