Wallmounted screw terminal box

This is a screw terminal box for the screw terminals you can grab at the nearest hardware store. I didn't like how the terminals were supposed to fit in ready-made boxes, so I've made a different one that features two separate compartments for both terminals, so that you'll never have a short circuit. Solvespace sources are provided if you need to adjust sizes. Print Settings Printer Brand: Solidoodle Printer: Solidoodle 2 - Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: honeycomb 30% Notes: Add a few mm of brim, you bed must have a good adhersion, or the box will warp during print. Better to use ABS, since PLA is never used for such enclosures. Post-Printing Assembly Insert the screw terminals and secure them with stock M4 bolts. The box is designed in a way that M4 bolt heads will be sunk into the plastic. Mount it on the wall using 4.2x19mm self-tapping screws. After connecting all the wiring secure the cover with M3 bolts. WARNING: Make sure that the wall surface is NON-CONDUCTIVE, especially if you are connecting the mains AC voltage. You may want to insulate those bolts with some sticky tape on the back side. For added water resistance apply silicon sealant on between the box and the top cover and on all holes.
