This was quickly designed for the food dehydrator pictured (i got it at walmart). It is not a perfect fit but it is 100% functional. If i were to print this again i would add 20mm of height only in the slicer and call it a day. That would ensure you could fit 4 spools in it at a time. You will need to print 4 of them and glue them together. It does require supports and i utilized a brim as well due to the very small contact area on the base of the part. As far as other settings are concerned i would suggest whatever prints fast on your printer.
