Walter Drill Index Fix

Anyone who has owned one of the Walter drill indexes has probably had this problem. The small drill bits will fall off of the location stop and fall down into the container. It's a real pain to pull the thing apart and put all the bits back in place to only have it happen again. I replicated the stop piece but made it thicker so that the bits have a more substantial ledge and won't fall in.
