This is a conversion to convert your walther P22 factory magazine to a 15rd magazine. When installing the new base, it will take some effort because you have to allow for the new retainer to seat into the base while sliding the base on. Might need to use a tool to position the retainer and spring into the correct place. It isn't that difficult.
