Walther PPQ 22lr Rear Sight

Walther PPQ 22lr Rear Sight

The rear sight on my PPQ 22lr broke within days of getting it. The stock sight is cheap cast aluminum with a dovetail that does not extend the whole way across the slot. On top of that, my firearm shot high. This is a fixed rear sight that address the durability issues and well as the accuracy of the sight picture. There are 5 different height sights. I ended up using the 5.2 rear sight with the #4 front sight that was stock. You may need a different combination for your firearm. The sight is held on using a #4-40 hex nut pressed into the bottom of the sight and a #4-40 set screw (1/8" long set screw is long enough). Print with the hex nut hole against build plate (rotate stl file 90 degrees) in super high resolution with supports from build plate. I used tree supports (under experimental in Cura) and they came off very easily.
