Wanhao D7 Abdeckung/ housing

Ahoi, das ist meine neue Abdeckung für den Wanhao D7. Die Scheiben bestehen aus PMMA oder Acrylglas. Pmma absorbiert UV-Strahlung und ist glasklar. Solange man den Drucker nicht in die pralle Sonne stellt ist das Resin sicher. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Ausführungen. Eine wird nur mit Silikon verklebt, die habe ich gewählt. Bei der zweiten Version sind zusätzliche Winkel angebracht, damit man Löcher bohren und die Scheiben mit Schrauben befestigen kann. The glass is made of PMMA, acrylic glass. PMMA is absorbing UV-light and clear, so if you don´t use it directly in the sun, it works and the resin is save. There are two versions. The first one, which i used, is glued with silicon. The second version has extra corners for drill holes and mounting with screws. Weight reduction: 5lb to 2lb
