NOTE. Currently used soil moisture sensor does not work. It does not trigger the relay so i have to find something else that will detect resistance better then this cheap garbage. Update June1 Redesigned SwitchCover. No wires outside.. Pump will work better flipped upside down. Base_R and MotorMount need to be reprinted due to height changes. Also MotorMount is now directing the tube into the right corner of the VAT for easier pickup of the resin. I will be posting final results for the Base_R, MotorMount and SwitchCover soon. The Base_L is still questinable because i still dont know what sensor to use. I will remove "Work-In-Progress" once i figure that out. Ok ladies and guys, this is a multiple issue solution mod. ###1 LCD Height Compensation LHC It fixes height difference between the FEP film and LCD. LCD sticks out 0.6mm above the frame so FEP bumps into it. ###2 Reversing bolts ! Makes it allot easier to remove VAT without the need to lift it over the bolts. If you dont want the pump setup, just get the "VAT Level and Guide PLA" It will help to drop the VAT dead center so you can insert bolts from the top easier. This frame also provides LHC feature. ###3 THE PUMP ! (DC12V 300mA D2 2*4 dosing pump) (additionally ID 2mm OD 4mm silicone tubing needed) Switch has 4 positions (3P4T selector switch). OFF/AUTO/SUCK/PUMP as image explains. I am still working on the floater that would activate the micro switch, but you can come up with your own if u want. I am currently looking for some way of closing the circuit once fluid level is reached, but i cant find anything as of yet. For that reason, design of the frame Base_L.stl will change based on what hardware i find. The design of the Base_R.stl where motor and switch mounts, is likely to stay the way it is. Print at 0.6 or at 0.3mm or at 0.2 or at 0.1. Otherwise height compensation may be wrong. Inserting bolts from the top solves multiple problems. A) Never drop a knob into a VAT B) No need to lift VAT over bolts. C) No need to lift platform as much to get the VAT out.
