Here are a few parts to print that will convert the horrible top cover of your D7 into a front opening swing door. It does require drilling and tapping of the top plate of the printer, and drilling a few more holes in the front and rear top covers, so it's not for the faint of heart. Note that you WILL invalidate your warranty if you do this mod. The 6 screws that hold down the the rear of the ring to the top plate are M4x12. The front 6 are M3x12 countersunk. My M3 countersunk screws haven't arrived yet, so I've used cap head screws on the ring and to mount the guides/light seals. The mounts on the bottom ring for the rear cover have built in nut traps for M3 nuts The two top halves are held together by M4x20 capscrews at the hinge, and the front and rear covers are mounted to the top covers with M3x8 capscrews
