<p>This brace I created for the wanhao duplicator 4s will greatly improve</p> <p>your prints by eliminating z-axis swing..</p> <p>first two pics of other things is showing the weird swirls and rounded waves before I installed the brace.</p> <p>the last pic shows how straight the lines are after I installed the brace.</p> <h3>Instructions</h3> <p>I printed the brace in abs at 70% infill.</p> <p>try to keep print speed low.</p> <p>(I ran mine at 45) (could have done 35 or 40)</p> <p>I used support for just the bushing housing.</p> <p>I printed the bushing in pla at 100% infill.</p> <p>no raft for either brace or bushing.</p> Category: 3D Printer Parts
